I can’t thank Dr. Landrum and his staff enough for being so kind and just amazing when my cat came in for a urinary blockage. They made my husband and I feel at ease when we left our cat overnight, and they were so great at communicating everything and even sent an update at almost midnight.

I had difficulty finding an emergent care center for my 3-year old kitty due to maximum capacity at other ER vet locations, but am happy I found this place. I was seen promptly and staff communicated with me throughout the whole process from arrival until discharge. Dr. Biddle and his team explained the visit in detail (curb side service due to COVID), his rationale for diagnosis and treatment, and outlined home care and future recommendations in detail. I appreciated the email that included my kitty’s exam notes. I left feeling grateful that my kitty got comprehensive care and would recommend this emergency service vet to anyone with a pet.

I cannot say enough good things about this hospital. I am both a referring veterinarian and a client. I send my patients here because the staff is kind, smart, and efficient. The wait times are short, costs are reasonable, and the medicine is excellent. The veterinarians and staff have many years of experience and have worked together for a long time, so their communication is seamless. My clients leave feeling well cared for and pleased with their visits which brings me great comfort as a doctor.

I had an amazing experience here. They took my dog in very quickly and were significantly cheaper than others around me with even better care and service. I highly appreciated how thoughtful the vet was and how they noticed things about him. They treated him and I was out of there in 30 minutes which is usually unheard of at the vet. He was so nice and I appreciate what he did for me and my baby!
